i use to have the same problem but mine sounded more like a kitten so cant really help you mate :D

here,here 1mm should give you about 14-15 safe psi and with a tried and tested chip will be reliable aswell ;) ps: ime on my 3rd zed all run with tips and never sufferd turbo problems,but hey you do what you think your car will run better with at the end of the day

no not in "tooth out" but the cams must be lined up with the index marks including crank as belt is fitted to achieve correct valve timing
