ive allways found by buying a good quality s/s jubilee and using a small socket instead of a screwdriver it nips them up perfect...ive also tried the bolt clamps on boost pipes and they went that tight they atually cut into the pipe which is not ideal:( With respect to any water pipes i think nissan got it spot on with them double wire type clips with a 10mm head on them as nothing can get past a new original type wire clip imho:)
