i dont know about nightmares mate but my mother used to take them and she never woke up when the next door neighber got his door kicked in and batted..also she said that theres no way she would wake up iff the house was on fire so she stopped taking them:nono: apparently they put you into a mild coma as your sleep is so deep so if i was you mate ide find other sleeping pills not as strong
