get an ammeter and put it in line with your battery, remove fuses one at a time until you see a significant fall in the current, this will find you the offending circuit which is draining it.

ocne you have fixes the spyware problems, ditch all that IE and popup stopper cra and just get mozilla firefox, http://www.mozilla.org its far superior.
