  1. not yet, soon though
  2. nah, I think filling it in only really works with a bodykit on, besides peeling off a black stripe doesnt cost me anything ;)
  3. we allready have one of these threads on but still what do you lot think, with: or without? Thanks ;)
  4. ok I just had a look at this, and there doesnt appear to be any screw behind this access disc, only a hole through which you can see the back of the seatbelt mounting bolt, is it different on the jap spec ones with the belt on the door?
  5. a GTR badge for a zed? :hurl: :nono: :slap: :smash: :mac1: :headvswal :nelson:
  6. Yes, you can just remove the section with the cat in. You have 2 options really, firstly you can gut out the cats and stick 'em back on, or secondly you can buy de-cat pipes. Obviously the first option costs you nothing, some say having the empty chamber in the exhaust hampers the flow a bit and that de-cat pipes are better, personally i'd take my chances and go with the free option though ;). Also what you have to bear in mind is your cars mileage (or more specifically your turbo's mileage), if its getting on a bit (60k+) then you might want to reconsider de-cat'ing, its known to cause accelerated wear on the rear oil seals in the turbo's.
  7. Your error codes will dissapear after resetting the ECU, but as soon as you start up again the error code will come on again is the sensor is faulty. I'd have thought its more of an age issue than mileage.
  8. fuel tank vacuum is normal, unless its really extreme its not a problem.
  9. no, only coolant temp sensor, or det sensor
  10. I dont see why you would want to? Would work though by my reckoning.
  11. silver, primer with added shine, nice ;)
  12. tbh i'd be as torn between them as you are, always liked the camero's, but enough to swap the zed for one? I dont know, i;d take both i reckon :p
  13. with, deffo not without or the wraparound ones, stock look is best in this case, dont go too wild with the styling bits and pieces else it will move from beautiful to a mess imo
  14. took off the dud battery and put the old one back on, need to fix the peeling up dash some time though, fixed the loose radio plastic strip thing :)
  15. looks nice, but whats that fog light doing in there, get it in the clusters tbh!
  16. well it stopped, i dont know how or why, thats the most annoying thing, dont know if or when its going to happen again, stupid gizmo's!
  17. Been an interesting day today, got a new battery for the zed today, we put it on but its dead, charge it up and all is well, so we drive out to here... took those photos, then got a cab home cos it wouldnt start, that was pretty annoying, but after this we went out in the other car and jumped it, and then on the way back as we come round the mini roundabout leading into the village, WTF! the horn starts blaring away all on its own, now to help you picture the scene, the horn fitted is a novelty one which makes a sound like one of those big american trains. So now i'm at the side of the road in the middle of the village standing puliing wires from and swearing at the zeds engine bay praying to god that something will make this damned thing shut up while everyone in the place is looking and pissing themselves laughing :headvswal :headvswal ah the joys of zed ownership!
  18. mm looks great lowered like that, i think speed bumps might be a problem though, the splitter grounds out on the ones down the road at standard height :(
  19. nice spec but i have to agree with the yanks on this one, it looks stupid with 4 doors, the charger is supposed to be a coupe ffs!
  20. the front bumper is hideous, and imo the rest of the kit is ok but doesnt suit the convertable too well, needs some nice wheels on asap too, the interior looks nice though
  21. got a pearl white one, would be tempting to choose white, but being totally honest I would rather have a red one, but then black and pearl yellow are both great colours too
  22. and greg when you have a minute do a search on the archive forums for speed holes ;)
  23. you know what that doesnt look half bad, i might take the piss on here but in the flesh your car looked awesome mate :)
  24. its not like its a zed related problem, happens just as much on all cars, in fact I dont think the zed wipers have ever made a peep, but then I do keep it very clean all the time.
