usually 1mm, but it varies between cars. Try 1mm first, if boost is then too high, try a slightly larger size..and the opposite if boost is too low.

Full in-car computer, with 7" in-dash VGA Touchscreen (see items for sale section) , GPS, Satnav, Internet, email, MP3, TV, Radio, DVD and running Nissan Datascan ECU diagnostics. PC is custom built, mainly to keep size down. Uses a VIA EPIA Mini-itx motherboard in a Cubid 3688 case, laptop slimline Hard disk and DVD drive. GPRS/WIFI PCMCIA Card, Haicom 204e USB GPS Receiver, Haupage WinTV card. For Power supply, you need to fit a PSU that can regulate a 12v input. I use a Opus 90w which regulates and acts as a Startup and shutdown controller with the ignition. The http://www.mp3car.com/vbulletin forum is an excellent site for Carputers. Hooked up to a Creative Extigy External sound card, to Amp and speakers.

Tried all sorts on mine, from Spray-on engine decreaser to CIF. Using one of those Washing up sponges scourers, I maneged to get mine a lot cleaner than it was...but still its not like it would of been when new. That probably looks a bit cleaner than it actually does in real life (becuase of the light from camera flash) But as soon as you go and put some mileage on it, it quickly gets dull and dirty again and have to do it all over again :( Reckon its time for a polished one.

its a direct bolt on replacement. everything you need. (except the integrated lights, which differ from pre-99)

I know it can be a big dissapointment when travelling to visit a car and it does'nt meet expectations. As said, the overheating could be a problem..or it could be something as simple as an airlock in the sytem. Many zed owners have removed their fan shroud, for each of maintence and many zed's aircon needs regassing, hence not working. Did he give an indication of the final price he was hoping for ?
