I tried giving up smoking 3 years ago just before I got married went 4 months started off using tablets prescribed by the doc, took them for 2 weeks and then they made me feel sick so stopped taking them but they had helped get over the initial cravings, the stress of planning the wedding got me smoking again. Well done tho for doing it with no help :)

I don't do politics and I don't do racism or dislike people for their religion but I do detest scummy people who think they can abuse our country and its rules because they don't agree with it! Watching a couple of videos this morning posted on FB firstly of the scumbag yielding a knife and a meat cleaver saying "in our lands women have to watch this" and then few seconds later saying "bring OUR boys back from the war" totally contradicting himself, your either part of this country or not!! Second video was of the scumbags getting shot, no doubt some dickhead is going to complain about the woman police officer opening fire but from what I see she had little choice, if she had been unarmed she would of been another victim just a shame that they both wasn't left to bleed out in the middle of the road like poor innocent Lee Rigby. And to top it all I was watching daybreak and they actually had the choudary (think that's his name) speaking on there saying that what they had done was justifiable!!! Why even give the man any media attention at all, its disgusting! Rant over going to wash up now!
