  1. Mine was exactly the same as yours but it didn't stop Officer Pedant at the last Box Hill meet !! He even got a ruler out at one point !! :xxx: He nicked Jason Farrow as well ! Shame he wasn't off catching real criminals...
  2. This may (or may not) help... http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=66739&referrerid=4456 Maybe your car is trying to tell you to get HIDs - you wouldn't regret it !!
  3. Orange called me today to offer me their Livebox wireless gizmo for £24 a month. I currently pay £30 for Orange broadband and BT phone line, so it seems a pretty good deal. My main question is: how secure are wireless networks ? I have read stories of neighbours logging on to your PC !!
  4. What and miss out on the millions it nets the Government ?? :x:
  5. I also use Orange and have done since they were Freeserve, then Wanado and now Orange. For the most part I have had very few problems and since I upgraded I now run at around 7.6Mbps for £17.99 a month.
  6. i shall bear that in mind next time I need some building work done !! ;)
  7. Stuart - I thought you were in IT - not a builder ???
  8. I think the white looks better - it matches the side indicators.
  9. I've always thought Sabine looks a bit like a bloke.....:x:
  10. Takemetothepub is dead right - if you can physically fit a normal UK size plate to the bumper then the import rule is invalid. I thought so too - until I got nicked  and looked into it further. Basically it comes down to if you are willing to risk it. It is quite amazing how many plates you see are completely illegal - especially private plates where the numbers and letters are squashed up to spell something.
  11. You can not have smaller size plates on imports if the standard size UK will fit. The fact it is an import makes no difference in the eyes of the law !! 3/4 size plates are not legal - I know this to my cost !! :x: You need to have: Character Height 79mm Character Width 50mm Letter l or 1 14mm Space between characters 11mm Space between groups 33mm Top, bottom and side margins 11mm Space between vertical lines 19mm
  12. You need to take me off the maybe list...
  13. Mark - please can you put me down as a definate. thanks
  14. Joel - if it all gets too much, you could always buy a large pot of dulux ! Iain - I hope you aren't making suggestions about silver zed drivers !!
  15. I have 18" wheels and use skyline GTR discs - no problem. Not sure what the maximum size disc you can use is though
  16. Just stick a stamp on it and take it to the Post Office :D Isn't FunkySi in container shipping ?
  17. Yes - get bigger brakes !!!
  18. The last rolling road day there was a joint meet between SE and SC iirc
  19. i would also be interested - depending when it is
  20. I use Premier Elements 4 and have been really pleased with it. I got it as a bundle with Photoshop Elements 6 (also very good). I think the two together were around £90.
  21. Many thanks guys for the responses Is that because you have loads of power ? That is a very good point David. What is the difference between the NA and the TT diff ?
  22. yeah - that's my concern - if my autobox had died I would convert, but it is fine.....so is it a question of "if it ain't broke..."
