Dave why have thet said the paint won,t sit flat because its got filler under it :confused: :confused: :confused: , iv,e been in the trade for 24 years and never heard that one , are they trying to say the repairs will be rippley !! , if its done right there shouldn,t be any sign that theres filler in it . Not trying to worry you but its a strange thing to be told . A few pics when i did mine My doors also had a fair bit of filler and god knows how many layers of paint to flatten out !!

Basically its a small radiator behind your dash in which your coolant water flows through, air is blown through it and warmed up to keep you warm ( well on most cos mines crap :headvswal ) the temperature is adjusted by a valve on the matrix to increase or decrease water flow in turn letting the matrix be hotter or cooler . HTH

I made them out of fibreglass and blended them into an fibreglass nose panel. some people don,t like it but sod em , i do :D :D I think there available on US ebay, different to mine as their seperate eyebrows HTH Cheers Allan

Just got a handbrake gaiter off Mr Gaiter on ebay , well impressed with the quality , a bit confused why you get two , i think ones a inner gaiter to give the oh so subtle leather one a bit of support :confused:. Only £23 in just about any colour as well :hyper: :hyper: Anybody else used these ?

Iv,e fitted a set out of a Merc on mine , had to remove both lights and modify the bulb mountng , it gave me chance to repair the adjusters and paint the bezels ,Iv,e put the ballast boxes in tuperware tubs under the lights to keep em dry, took a day to do but was well worth it, iv,e now got another set out of peugeot 607 which i,m gonna do the high beam with , should have the best Zed headlights in the world !! :hyper: :hyper:
