  1. I'm trying to get the ''raw'' data from my Z through a RS232 cable I know the port is com2 because it works with conzult but I dont know these info: Baud:(...../9600/14400/.....) Data bits: (5/6/7/8) Parity: (none/odd/even/mark/space) Stopbits: (1/1.5/2) Flowcontrol: (none/XoffXon/hardware) Anyones know these infos?
  2. Have you remove the gearbox before?? I think it's a real pain... anyway, remove it, change the bearing, inspect the cluch, if worn just change the disc, For the pressure plate, there is something in the service manual, have a look.
  3. Thanks for helping guys!!
  4. Oh yeah I'm running a TT engine at 10 psi with na fuel pump....
  5. Is the TT fuel pump is a bosch, and what is the bosch number? Is it rated to 255lph? I have a NA Fuel pump and a NA fuel controller will the TT units fit "bolt on"?? Do I have to do modification to make it fit???
  6. had the same problem (3 days lol) I swapped the engine and the ecu but I kept all the module from the original engine, also swapped the harness that goes on the battery, now its fine. buy a new battery harness and try it...
  7. I have the same problem... hard time to start, but once its started everything is fine. My car is a 95 so I don't have AIVs my engine and my cpu are 92 so they should have AIVs some people on that forum told me that my idle can be weird if the cpu is program to have AIVs So I just want to know if yours is similar
  8. on idle It reads 30psi on the aftermarket & 60psi on the stock unit thought when i step on the gaz at 4000 rpm it reach 100 psi is this normal???
  9. and if the pressure is still high what's going wrong??? a clogged oil passage??? Can it result in an engine blow up????
  10. This morning my oil pressure gauge was acting weird. Everytime I was turning right the pressure increase to 120 psi, when I was turning left it was decreasing to 30 psi. In straight line it was varing from 50-100 psi Usually it indicated between 20-70 psi. Should I be worried??? Anyone have experience someting similar???
  11. I had trouble to re-bolt the shock in place because it was to expended so i had to jump on the tab while one of friend was putting back the bolt, so you might want to keep the spring compressed while you are installing them?!?

  18. I'm talking about the bearing inside the tranny
  19. guys thanks for answering but I have a 1 piece aluminium driveshaft I don't have propshaft bearing...
  20. Since I bought my Z in 2004 (N/A 95 5 spd), I have a vibration issue. When I accelerate there is a big vibration comming from underneth. What I tried to solve the problem I balanced the 4 wheels I bought a new tranny rubber mount, I balanced the stock drive shaft, I bought a 1 piece aluminium driveshaft (stillen) (The runout is in the factory spec) I changed my N/A engine for TT, so I changed the tranny and the engine rubber mount at the same time. I did a 4 wheels alignment, I tried some friend wheels, The problem persist... I disassemble the old tranny and I found out that there is a worn bearing,(main drive gear bearing i think well the closest one to the propshaft) Is this a common problem on Z32 tranny? Could this bearing cause my problem? I'm about to disassemble the rear diff. Any suggestion??? Please help me....
  21. I guess the best solution is to get a brand new EFI harness?
