Wow, great service from Z1. I only ordered this 2 days ago! Challenge now is, can i get it fitted before Sunday in time for Simply Jap?

As we know the OEM temperature gauge isn't the most accurate gauge going, and having more than just a 'light' tune and have a previous engine head gasket let go, I have always been very conscious of the engine temps. So i have fitted a SPA Gauge which gives me both an accurate reading, and programmable high/low alarms that i can set. THe gauge also has a Volt meter, which is a 'nice to have' option. I have fitted it for now infront of the OEM temp gauge. Come the winter however I will move it somewhere else more fitting, as there wasn't a massive choice in suitable 50mm gauge pod/holders.

So a small update, I have been making some templates so I can get some IC ducts, as there aren't any available that fit my IC, or bumper for that matter. As I don't want to remove the front bumper, its a fiddly job positioning the sections correctly. Once I am happy with the cardboard pieces, I am cutting the sections from a 3mm composite material, which is already finished in a matt black, and I will bonding the material to the top and bottom of the IC tanks. I hope to have them finished in time for Simply Japanese. Also ordered a new addition, that KW will need to paint for me once it arrives

Morning all, for all of those attending please read the below from the Beaulieu events team. I will have a supply of the "300ZX Owners club" printed club labels with me to distribute at Tesco, should anyone require one. The last few years the club, had been allocated various locations in the show ground. I have asked the organizers if we could be positioned in the "inner" part of the grounds near to the monorail, but they are unable to confirm our location, so fingers crossed. However I will be taking a club flag, so keep an eye out! Konnichiwa Club Organiser! Thank you for booking in with your club for Simply Japanese on Sunday 28th July. Please find attached your club label for Simply Japanese 2019 – please can this be distributed amongst your club members prior to the event. Please ensure that they print this label and display it in their windscreen upon entry to the event, this ensures that all members wishing to park within your club area are directed to the correct parking location by our stewards. Clubs are also encouraged to arrive at the same time in order to allow our stewards to park your members faster. We do have a car club meeting area out in our visitor car parks as well. Entry is from 08.30am at both the Main entrance and Additional entrance. Please note that club spaces are only reserved until 10.00am - if you arrive after 10.00am the space will be allocated to drive-in participants as there will be a high volume of cars entering the site for the event. Our Additional Entrance off the B3054 will be signed as “Simply Japanese Additional Entrance” and will be open from 8.30am-11.00am only and operate as a club and general entrance. If you arrive at this entrance before 8.30am or after 11.00am you will be directed round to the main entrance as there is nowhere to wait here. Disabled Parking Nearly all parking at this event is on grass and as such we are unable to facilitate clubs with requests for hard standing due to limited availability. We will, however be very happy to accommodate any individual cars with disabled members on the hard standing area up until this area is full, after which we will park on the best available space for disabled members. The decision lies with the individual to park with the club or in the disabled parking area. We do ask for any disabled members that would like to park on the hard-standing to display their blue badge and make themselves known to our stewards on the day. Catering The outside catering units will be open to cater for club arrivals. The Brabazon restaurant will only be open for refreshments from a slightly later time of approx. 8.30am onwards. Please Note: The Attraction, including the museum does not open until 10am. Getting here Satnavs can be a little iffy when getting to Beaulieu so we recommend following the blue event signs on the roads when in the vicinity as these will direct you to Beaulieu via the best route. Tickets All participants in display vehicles need to purchase a ticket per person. You can do so online at http://www.beaulieu.co.uk/events/simply-japanese or by calling the office on 01590 614614 (a £1 postal fee applies to phone orders). Tickets are £10 per adult and £5 per child when arriving in a Japanese vehicle, up until 5pm on Thursday 25th July, after which the ticket price increases to the standard/on the day rate. We look forward to welcoming you to Simply Japanese 2019. Kind regards, Events Department Beaulieu Enterprises Ltd Beaulieu | Hampshire | SO42 7ZN
