i'm sure that that fuse is meant to be like that, as both my zed's have the same blue wire as in pic, Sorry trond can't help you with your question, but i think it has to be a replacement fuse as i remember icking one up for someone.

I took out the one side of the vents and made the hole abit bigger to the left. sorry not got car a mo Dave but as soon as i get it back i will post so up for you

i put mine in the left hand vent, It's not too much hassle to do either
