  1. my gf was gutted. she was convinced it was damon hill. after looking around though, there is a lot of saying that there is about 4 stigs due to racing comitments. does this mean they will have to get a new stig? my favs: big stig in america and african stig. walked the track faster than....damn can't remeber who's car died on the line....anyone?
  2. spybot is a great piece of free stuff. something else that i always use is "hijackthis" just google it. it'll show all programs it aint to sure about. don't go clicky on the wrong thing though, just the rubbish u know that u don't want.
  3. ok so this was first posted ages ago. i gave up on the ducati, ppl were right. great....when it's in tip top condition. so after long and hard thought i bought a.......ktm dukeII:dance: for a first bike...great! it's given me the chance to put the Z in the garage so i can concentrate on getting her back to former glory. i do only wish i passed my bike test years ago. thanks for the advice about the ducati. i think i was surpassing myself with a bike like that.:mac1:
  4. There's a place on Brand Street Nottingham, just off the Daleside area. Sorry I can't remember the name, but i have seen another red zed there. sure it's someone from here.
  5. hi. my car just failed it's MOT on both steering gaitors being split....pretty good as that was it's only fault:tongue: anyway, my problem is getting the new gaitors. i thought some universal ones would do the job but after talking to the local motorfactors, they said there was a bit on the giators for some other fitting, that unless i had, would allow the oil to escape. ok i'm pretty confused. so can anyone help?
  6. oh so it is true! i'd heard something about it, but didn't believe it. heard something about a £100 million revamp. it's going to need it! damn i bet they are going to fix the surounding wall....no more sneaking in for me, as i only live a couple of fields away:cry:
  7. some great stuff there. lol@shaders second choice. there are so many to choose from. they all come from different points in time. ppl's choices here just make it even harder to try an single but a few. but one did spring to mind...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7ykWgiZVJe0&feature=related...(kept with a car theme lol) the one that has me at the moment is this.... only coz i heard it on this link...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4h0ov-aW-mk...crazy arabs lol:slap:
  8. yea they are fast and well timed. must have taken ages to perfect. but how about this guy doing the dueling banjo's....on his own? damn his fingers move blooming fast:shock: http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=GbNlqXHVyoM&feature=related
  9. nice bit of driving. but fancy trying to spin him at that speed on a main road:x: love the music that goes with it. there's a bike video on youtube somewhere, with the same music. can't seem to find it at the moment. but i know they are going along heartside pass in northumberland. the whole thing looks great. it really is a great road. took the zed there a few years back. had some real fun with the bikers along it.
  10. just wondering if anyone here can help me out with a quick question? I'm currently looking at buying a ducati 748. but I've been given a very mixed response about them when asking ppl. can anyone here tell me what they are like?
  11. the house i used to live in as a kid, had an alley way next to it. my dad used to get really pee'd about the kids kicking cans while walking down it. one day while putting in a patio area. he decided to try for a little pay back. he filled a beer can with wet cement. let it dry, then placed it upright at the top of the alley. oh yea! really tempting to kick when it's just in the right position. so while sitting in the yard, waiting for the kids to come out of school. my dad sat, waiting an smiling. it didn't take long. first group of kids to walk down took the bait. the whole thing was made funnier by the kid shouting "oh it's an open goal" right before that sudden crunch. i don't know what made me laugh more. my dad nearly wetting him self, or the kid falling for it :mac1:
  12. oh wow! that really is something else. but i wonder how he would fair up on a real set of drums? lifting his right leg to make a different sound is just awsome
  13. jeeze. seriously, blink an you miss it!

signed! had a friend that served in the faulklands. he said they were great ppl. even though a little on the small side, they fought like animals. told me that it was cruel of maggie thatcher to set them on the argies :mac1: apparently, they stomped across the island. i saw the news a while back about this, it seems so wrong for the uk to turn their back on a group of ppl that willing fought for this country.
  15. get the ps3. it really is quite something. get a keyboard for it and it's a pretty good pc. yes linux does work. i have seen a couple up and running on it. does look very tasty. I just don't have the balls to do it as mine is a jap model. so I've got no real warranty. also i can't play the ps2 or ps 1 games. but after playing stuff like call of duty 4, warhawk and army of one....who cares. don't forget it's also a blueray player. it works out cheaper than buying one. he'll love it an i'm sure u'll have a little fun on it to lol. hope that helps
  16. is this the one? i looked at the one mentioned, then saw this lower down. i'll never be able to look at those two in the same light  http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=2UT02--Ijdc&feature=related
  17. omg yea. always on during the summer holidays. normally followed by either "why don't you" or "gentle ben". wow I so miss the summer holidays when I was younger. the only time I'd ever be inside, was when those were on. no pc or games consol then. well not for me anyway lol
  18. ok. i'm not to good at it myself. but i'll keep an eye out for ppl there. i'm sure i've seen a couple of ppl from here on warhawk
  19. On the PS3 : turdburger. I know I know! I got so fed up coz I spent so long trying to find a name, that I just put that in out of frustration, while telling my girlfriend that this name was no doubt gone as well.....opps :wack: Atleast i'm always rememberd while online. I'm on warhawk mainly, blasting the yanks
  20. What a tard! Glad you're ok, could of gone really bad. Really no need to be showing you it's power like that. I'd also say it was a little early to go pushing the turbos that early on a cold engine. As for them being difficult to handle? It's not something you just jump straight into. Just requires a little care, as with most powerful rear wheel drives. End of the day it's down to how you drive an knowing your own limits as well as the cars. It also has the 4 wheel steering an i'm sure it's more advanced than that of the GTO (ppl correct me if i'm wrong) I'd say it's a good handling car. Very much a point an shoot thing. Several times i've had the back step out. but it was not much bother to correct. Mine is an auto tt, an without paying attention on a corner, foot a little further down than needed....it kicks down an off you go lol. Must admit, i do quite like the sudden ruch of fear, then i've been driving rwd since i was young. Don't get me a fwd...i'm shite lol. Anyway, don't let some numpty put you off due to his lack of skill's an brains. Just go back an slap him for killing a poor innocent zed
  21. I use mickey b. A member here. he's a genuine upfront guy an always been spot on with me. Even got the poor guy out on a sunday without a grumble lol. oh he's in the coalville area.
  22. Thats just wrong. I know a family member of mine got a claim paid off due a shite pot hole actually blowing a tyre. I think they made the point of it being a safty hazard. Try doing an emergency stop on a craply laid road if someone steps in front of you.
  23. no features that i can recall. but it was in a garage at the back end of sneinton near robin hood industrial est
  24. i bought a 300zx tt, in a midnight pearlesant blue. even has the blue/grey leather interior. i was told that, that was pretty rare. as it's it's my first ever zed, i've decided not to touch it, other then get it back to original condition. but every morning when i walk away an give that glance back, an smile. i want another. so the next i will experiment with. i thought i knew a bit about cars. these have blown my mind. so it'll be help needed most the way. mickey b....my best friend lol where are ya?
