dude this banzai cars in southampton?If it is i brought my first zed off them 5500 i payed on the road SWB manuall TT 40k on the clock 4.5 grade fantastic car ,my m8 i sold it to still has it.In my opinion there a fully legit company.I did start importing from japan after i brought in the nissan and jason the owner helped me out a lot,if you need to ask any questions give him a call ,im sure he will help you out.From my experiance with them i had no problems at all

Well, was going to france and spain tomora in the zed,however its still in bits awaiting the turbos (3 foooooking weeks) so we have to wait until early august now,gutted:(good thing is making it two weeks now as we have a mates appartment on the south coast for a week :) imported zed 3 weeks driving, feels like a year off the road :headvswal

steve did you manage to get the exhaust fitted mate?

cheers hellraiser i will do ,i duno if this makes a difference but we did the test by cranking the engine manualy as its on an engine stand at the mo

b4 it went in to have the turbos changed it ran perfect cold star was on the button hot start was just the same,didnt feel slow or slugish ,was missing a bit on low revs just b4 it went in but that was down to injector connections needing cleaning up once that was done perfect again

mate phoned me yesterday afternoon and said he had done a quick test on the car but the guage he was using had a leak but looked as though one was giving a slightly lower reading than the rest,panic set in so was about to order a set of pistons on monday but thought we had better do the test again with a decent guage ,i picked up another guage this morning to confirm the engine is more fooked than it already is and did the test again.All cylinders came up exactly the same 75 psi !!!.something has to be wrong here because if 75 was the correct reading wouldnt the car not run at all and if it did there would be no power and running lke crap?im about to get the scrap man to pick the car up as ive about had it with the dam thing.

Anyone know of any good sites for importing cars direct to Ireland/UK? Hoping next year to import a nice clean manual '96 upward. Maybe even '99, but thats why i'm enquiring now. lol ,you're all getting me thinking of how i could escape on my own mmmm maybe i could say i can only get insurance if she flys and i drive as its less people to pay out for and then have a week with m8s arround europe and say the car broke down and i couldnt get there,bingo oooo shes home il go tell her the good news lol

there is a small independant garage a few miles from me who been in the business of custom exhausts for longer than i can remember,and well known in the area.i had a straight through from the down pipes, no boxes just mufflers on the back finishing in a five inch rolled in either side,sounds great and cost me 300 notes,not stainless though.

did you all make it back last year when you went?Year i have thought what a stupid thing to say yes to!it will be at the back of my mind but just gona take it easy find some nice places to stay chill out and hopefully have a good time :).il try the aa cheers for that,my mate whos doing the car has gone over everything so sould be ok had loads fitted ,turbos,alternator,ps pump,pcv valves,cambelt,thermostat,plenum bypass with all new coolant pipes ,crank seal,clutch but i just couldnt afford a new rad :( .my other problem is blowing my ear drums with the sound of the exhaust but the good side to that is i wont here her moaning about my driving lol

misses just about managed to hit 30 so i asked her what she wanted to do for her birthday,she said go and visit my sister in spain but i wana drive there in the nissan :headvswal well like a moron i agreed so now we gona start driving on the 26th.there is one slight problem cars still in bits engine out but will be back together by the end of the weekend.How far am i gona get before it breaks down and im stranded and we have to walk back lol? ps where can i get total breakdown cover for abroad?

ahhh smithy,dude i took ur advice and made sure of the racing seals in the turbos thanks,you prolly saved me a load of cash in the long run:)

i dunno if his last name is turner,ive known of him for 2 years and always heard good reports ,had my car there and friends cars had no problems with service or parts.only recently been on the forums so i dont no if it was him or not,what did happen anyway?
