Sad to hear mate, I'm renting at the mo' having just returned from Spain. The agents did a credit check etc, and photocopied our Passports.So surely you have some recourse with the agent??-and just to add I couldn't dream of trashing the house,probably because I was a Homeowner and also I RESPECT other peoples property! (even rang the agent today to ask the L/lord if I can have an outside tap fitted at my expense!)
