Find another!!-Whilst By-passing the Hicas Today,spotted the lower PTU plug,well isn't a plug!:confused1: Yep the bunch of wires are the ptu connector!-Luckily Boldy had a bit of old loom and I 'stitched' the plug on. All good,now I have a misfire!!!-bloody 20 year old looms are a pain!:cursing::ph34r:

Rec= Recirculation, Econ=no compressor running,Auto=Blows air at set temp to where the sensors tell it to. Mine deffo doesn't reset when I start the car.

Could check all vac pipes etc and the pcv's aren't stuck before taking the Plenum off,just a thought.

1st piccy looks like wastegate pipe,if this had the mig tip in then it is. fits to the pipes under the 4rubber 'hardpipes' on a nipple each side. Can't really tell from the pic but the two pipes (that should come off the filter treeIIRC) are the cooler pipes?

No, sounds like you need a decent gun tho'(spark plug type) and if the Cas is way over at 15 degs could be the belt is slightly out when rebuilt.
