Just to let you know the box is under the ECU,I unplugged the smaller plug and the light went off.Took the cap off the p/steering res,held vertical and the light comes on!-result.:biggrin:

As said, too high. Do a Timing/base idle check and get the idle right first.

Could be something simple like TPS adjustment-what does it idle at?

Just loop em' mate,a cooler is overkill IMHO.

there is only 3 pipes to do mate,the other water feed can be seen in the last pic and is mostly steel pipe.:biggrin:
