Yes the limit needs to be raised as the cars today are more advanced in all aspects i.e more power,traction,abs,safety etc etc.... But I do think the motorways need four lanes-just due to the sheer volume of traffic as compared to say 15/20 years ago. As for the fines, no problem, if you get caught you pays your money!! but the points lark is just that-as you can take someones livelihood away in a couple of days!!-that sucks! :nono:
