  2. Alright Dave, yes the perspex is one piece,that's why it was a git to cut Lol!-all black when off. reckon it will look the dogs when the top strip is fitted..........

  4. Well the panel bonded well, got the lights all wired in........you need to imagine a perspex strip fitted with brake light for full effect lol! couple of pics with fogs fitted, last minute decision but saves fitting them later.......... will get a better vid when all done.............:ph34r:

  7. Yee AAAHH!!- Had some bits come at last!! So got the perspex cut and bonded hopefully dry by Tomorrow........I like the look:yes: So all light mounts made but still waiting on some ! Managed to get one side flashers sorted tho' and had to try em' Lol!   8. The compressor isn't working with the A/c off but obviously the pulley and idler are driven,idler wheel is pretty common.......
  9. Try cancelling A/C out by removing belt,if still there do the same with the others. While you have the belts off feel all rotating parts by hand for smoothness.

  17. Could be any number of things, If Jeff did the belt then your pretty safe there I reckon as he would change all idlers etc. Time to get a long screwdriver and the 'hold to your ear' test! (be careful tho'!)

  20. As for the seals mate, Nissan sell it on a roll IIRC,horrid stuff!-I have always reassembled my Headlights with silicone. Totally waterproof and far easier if you need to strip the glass off again! :wink:
