  1. OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH *****x  wot a cock I am!!!:asshole: I just assumed the bleed valve needs to be at the bottom, Thanks for spotting that mate. :blushing::blushing:
  2. No worries mate, pop round to my house and I will do them for you, I`ve not got the hang of bleeding them yet, but the rest is easy. If no-one comes up with the correct dimentions, i will take some measurements from mine and i could get some made if need be  Number PM`d
  3. Interesting! I`m not sure if that theory works after angle 10 though :whistling:
  4. No mate, It didnt sound negative at all, I always appreciate your input and good advise, Its definatley an enthusiast`s project, I will be using mine as more as a show feature than an actual hardcore all rounder, I`m quite exited in getting datascan to run as i`m driving, Only coz i cant afford a r35 :flowers:
  5. No Phil, the drawing is for the evo brembos and 350z discs, I know this as I purchased the lot from Madmax who purchased the car from krsmayo who originally posted the drawing. if that makes sence!! *EDIT** After reading that thread agian, it seems as if i have GTR discs? I`m confused now? what have I got 350z or gtr discs?
  6. I can understand what your saying Legrath, but the technoligy over the last few years has evolved so much, memory has just gone stupid now, who would have though that 32gb of information could be stored on something as small as a postage stamp! processor speeds are good enough now to run most applications and touchscreens are everywhere, they must be cost effective now or they never will be!! I realise a proper audio unit will always be better than a computer but what i want it for it a computer will be good enough, Question? how did you find the hard drives handled the lumps and bumps of the roads?
  7. Not very good at the moment!! I need to have another bleed session tommorrow as they are still very spongy, so can`t comment at the mo, but once I have them set up correctly you are more than welcome to try them out. Its a good job the policeman never checked my car out when he stopped me as there was virtually no brakes :helpsmilie:, i nearly ran him down when he stopped me, i had to pull the handbrake to stop!! :sweatdrop:
  8. Yes bud, BC coilovers, they still need raising a little a the back yet, tooo low!! I had just fitted my Brembos and having a test trive, then 10 mins later I got pulled by the rozzas for my small number plate, He was more interested in my car and loved it!!!! and let me go with just a caution :gunsmilie:, nice man:wink:
  9. Seen you too in your big boys Jeep
  10. Bracket fitted difference in size Braded hose attaches here
  11. Hi Quavey, Funny you wrote this as i have just done mine today!! heres some pics to help you along if you were unsure of anything, I have used Evo Brembos and 350z discs for the fronts. There are a few things you need to chop off the hub and you will need an angle grinder with a thin blade, but quite easy once you ve done one. Chop the guard off, one cut with the grinder and twist it off chop the top lug off Bracket needed
  12. I`m in the process of wiring a carputer in my vert, Pound for pound I belive they are the future and most cost effective, It will run all my audio requirements, sat nav, Dvd, TV, satalite radio, external video camera and datascan running in real time. I reckon next year the market will be flooded in these double din units offering all in one solution, but for now I`m using a small PC and a touchscreen.
  13. I have a petrol whizzer to chop your tin roof off if you want? :tt2: I reckon this one is going to be a hard trip to organise as TonyB has mentioned it needs to be dry and nice weather, and with the Lakes having its very own weather pattern, its unlikley we are going to have a good day even in the middle of summer. Why dont we get some names down and a designated month and let the weather dictate the trip date? Long range forcasts are shit and next days forcasts arn`t much good either. so what about for argument sake we said one Sunday in April, if the weather on the Saturday is good and Sunday is looking ok, lets go at the drop of a hat? Is this a crap idea? or should we just plan it and hope for the best? At the moment the only day`s I cant go is 10th,11th April, May is quite packed as there are a lot of events on  Whatever the outcome I am easy and will go with the flow, as they say :punk:
  14. Well hopefully soon!! I think Quavey is on the case for a club meet around there very soon, so I`m in, AlanZ, Quavey and you Tony!! thats 4 already, anyone else? Bring it on
  15. Dont know if it`s any good, but looks really easy to operate and a great idea!!
  16. Cheers Dave, I`ve fell out of love with my TT because of the vert!! they are just awesome when the weather is good
  17. Get there Baz, great place to visit, Its a shame its just so bloody expensive!
  18. Wow!! well cheap! I missed that one.
  19. When we all going??? Quavey?? get it sorted mate :flowers:
  20. Wrynose pass, (part of) Look`s like something from a Top gear road trip!!!
  21. Looks ace!!!, I`ve just googled a pic of the Hardknott pass, deffo a club meet there in the summer
  22. Hi Tony, Its great isnt it!! I didn`t drive those 2 roads, my dad told me about them, I never got time, I went over Kirkstone pass!! stayed behind a Audi Rs4 for a few miles and got a bit twitchy so pulled back, couldnt catch him on the hills. We should have a club meet in the summer round the Lakes, I think we would all enjoy it!! Cheers Daz :thumbup1:
