I love the 8 series, looking a little dated from a few angles latley, but still an awsome car, I too would be proud to own an 8.

Hi Bud, Yeh got ya mate!! So my spoiler is a medium high wing in fibreglass and below it is the rubber stock spoiler that has had its edges cut off to accomodate the top spoiler, I paid £200 last year to have it painted gloss black to blend in with the rear lights/trim ect, but the bloody thing has started to bubble again, so dont use the stock spoiler mate ,they hold water and always bubble, your better off getting a fibreglass one. luckily the paint shop i used has offered to paint my 99 spec for free when i get round to buying one, coz i dont really like my set up any more. Not sure of the make of the high wing. cheers mate.

Well dont do what I did when i was 19!! I overtook a metro with a lad and his girlfriend inside, I overtook carefully and gave enough space and pulled in neatly in front, he gave the :xxx: sign and i was actually surprised and stunned at why he was doing it and what i had done!! I got out of my Cavalier and went round to the front of his car and he jerked towards me, I jumped on his bonnet and on to the floor and kicked his door so hard that the door card flew off and hit his face :laugh:, he wheel span off and took my reg down, 1 week later i got arrested for gbh, but got let off with a caution but had to pay £500 for a new door and door card. :sad: I wont do that again .

Yeh Chris is right, I have a medium level spoiler painted in silver to match the car with the stock spoiler painted in gloss black to smooth in with the rear, It will all be getting removed soon and be replaced with a 99 spec. Hope you all had a nice April fools day, Suckers :1eye:

I`m made up mate, I treated myself to a camera and this has paid a little towards it :flowers:

I`ve been to 3 places in the last 2 weeks and have been quoted between £1200 and £1500 for the full trim, seats, door cards, panels ect, I personally think its too expensive so will be attempting the job myself and may get just my seats done professionally, my mate had some manta seats done for £500 and they look the dog`s b`s Daz

Hi Bud, by all means I can put you in contact with my mate who made mine and Alanz`s, but I do really need to stress that they are sold as seen, only for off road use, buy at your own risk , dont use your brakes when they are fitted, for show use only ,ect ,ect If you are really struggling to get them made, the diagram is on the open forum to copy, then Pm me and I will pass my fabricators number to you. Yeh Thanks Gaz, I will admit that i was a little worried, I have just phoned my mate who fabricated the brackets and read Alanz mail to him, he said he wasn`t worried at all and confident of his workmanship. I will be taking my old brackets off and replacing them with my shiny new ones, And NO I`m not selling anymore.
