New seat covers, what do you guys think?
Yeh just the skin`s mate, i have been reading a few past threads on here, some say its an easy job and some not? I will be taking mine to a upholster in Preston, he quoted me £160 to remove both covers re-stitch in red stitching and replace!! so he only needs to fit the covers now, so should be quite a lot cheaper!! what colour logo would you have?

New seat covers, what do you guys think?
Hi Guys, after searching for a few days i have decided to get seat covers to replace my vert leather, there is nothing wrong with the seats but i needed a bit of a change and fancy some plain looking covers not too ott, I have come across these from the states and the prices are good imo, this is the price e-mail i received for just 2 front seats; front seats in genuine leather = $375 shipped. Synthetic leather front seats = $225. Let us know. Thanks. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=180462910059&viewitem=&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWAX%3AIT that works out at £150 posted in synthetic or £245 in genuine leather! Any ideas on import costs? I`m undecided on logo colour, i have made my mind up on black genuine leather with red stitching, but should i go red logo or grey? The first pic is done with black stitching, where i would have red as in no2 and 3 [/img]

Sourcing a manual gearbox
Yep Quavey is correct n/a and TT gearboxes are the same apart from the bellhousing, easy job to grind away the excess material, I did it over christmas, small spacer to space the starter out too :thumbup1: Also someone told me the Nissan patrol was the same gearbox??bellhousing is very different but can be swapped??? I would like to know this too if anyone can confirm? look at page 3 for bellhousing grinding; http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=134777
