  4. And More BHP....lol I joined this forum fairly recently, I have joined several forums over the years and have had exactly that attitude towards newbies. This was the first forum that never gave an attitude towards newbies.........Hence I paid my £20 subs. If I'd read that, I wouldn't have paid

  6. You think that's bad mate.....I had a stint at selling Adjustable Beds.......Imagine the scene when Mr Smith walks in to find his Grandma in bed being vibrated by a bloke trying to sell her a bed. I left on Moral Grounds............

  9. All I can say is make sure that the horse isn't just the catalyst that has caused other things to surface. A counsellor is the way forward, we can all usually handle one or two problems that come up. It's when they happen at the wrong time when things start to unravel
  10. It's crap when splits go this way mate. My advise is bite the bullet and go to a solicitor. It maybe costly but it sounds like he won't play ball any other way. The main things to consider are: They are both individually responsible for the mortgage payments on the house, the lender can pursue either one of them for the full amount. (he prob thinks he is only responsible for half....wrong) she could use this fact to shake him up If he is running up debts, she needs to first ensure they are not secured on the house. if they are, and they were without her knowledge, then he is committing fraud. More likely they are unsecured, however if he don't pay them, then the lender can place a charging order on the property. in the short term I would recommend she contacts the mortgage provider and explain the situation. Also I would say convert the mortgage to interest only to ease the monthly cost. he is entitled to half the equity if it sells. If she is repaying the mortgage each month, then she is in fact giving him money. Converting it to IO will freeze the equity at it's current level Hope this helps mate. But seriously..............Legal advice is the way forward
  11. This story comes only 2 weeks after the child snatching story...also set in Asda.....Seems someone is stirring it up for Walmart
  12. I find these false rumours a great insight into the public mindset. it's quite contained on here, and these things tend to get questioned on here , rather than jumped on. However It's amazing how one posting like this is jumped on by the general population, and prompts loads of comments about they have heard a similar TRUE STORY and they know the girl involved etc...(again, not here) I think a lot of people are waiting for something to happen to justify their feelings on a certain subject, and will suspend all logic when given a chance. Anyway........I saw Kirsty MacColl and Elvis in a recording studio belonging to our Company yesterday. Seems they are planning a Xmas release to fight off the Xfactor domination
  13. £69K....................I'll say that again......£69K. Not a chance in hell

  16. Apparently they are delaying speaking to the Police. I bet this is nothing more than an argument with the missus that took the route it sometimes does when she is mental. he leaves the house in the car at 2:30 in the morning after an argument, with a bust lip She stands behind the car with a golf club and threatens to smash the window if he leaves. he goes.....she swings. he hits the fire hydrant. Cops turn up.
