  1. Which do you think is better? Me I prefer the Jag, looks more modern and is slightly cheaper and more of a Wolf in sheeps clothing.

  6. Sounds like i know where it is as i asked the same question recently, but with no reply. I will also keep checking to see what i can find on the subject :)

  8. Where is it? is it in the boost on the left hand side? and how do you reverse the cut out if it is?
  9. I have a spare ECU is the garage so i will try that. Hope its not as the spare is a superchips one lol
  10. it always seems the last thing thats checked LOL always seems the case with me. Fingers crossed a new Fuel Pump ECU is the answer.
  11. Thats what I was thinking smithy, just need to get hold of a spare ECU. Anybody got one lying round as a tester? There is one on ebay but ill have to wait 4 days for it to finish.
  12. Back to the last question would the fact that My Fuel Pump Controller has had the Bypass method applied to it, rule it out of the equasion or as its the last item not tested be the primary culprit?

  14. Yep there is fuel in the tank. there is no noise from the pump whilst in car. it has been tested working out of the car but it does not work in it.

  17. Am i right in thinking if the fuel pump ecu is already bypassed, then it cant be the Fuel Pump ECU at fault?
  18. Thanks for that. I was about to go out and carry this out when i remembered there was a earth wire from the fuel pump in the rear of my car connected by somebody to the body of the car. After reading the bottom of the article it seems my FPU has been bypassed via this method. So as its probally been that way for some time I guess the FPU needs replacing?

  20. Ok update on my car still being shagged. Done the following. 1. Checked Fuel Pump Fuse (Fine) 2. Tried Cranking Over engine with fuel pipe disconnected (no fuel came out) 3. Took CAS out and turned by hand (Clicking from injectors but nothing from fuel pump) 4. Check power was getting to Fuel Pump via Miltimeter (Got just under 12 amps from one terminal and about 6 from another?) 5. Removed Fuel Pump and had direct feed sent to it (It worked) 6. Changed Fuel Pump Relay (No change) So car still not starting and no fuel being delivered. My last stop before setting fire to it is the fuel pump ecu I did have a look at it and found the connecter to be a bit singed Does that point to the FPU?

  22. Yep its between the T6 and the XJR. Think the T6 will win due to better fuel economy though :)

Just got to get the zed to a saleable level first lol.
