  1. Where you have nuts they will not move its best to apply heat this will always loosen the buggers ..

  7. HI Since converting my z from auto to manual my engine manigment light has been on , it has not effected the running or starting is this common and is there a fix
  8. a gas coversion would be cheaper and easier as you can either buy a self fit kit from http://autogas-lpg.co.uk/conversion-kit/264-stag-300-premium-6cyl-conversion-kit-0250.html or pay to have it fitted fitting a diesel itself can be costly and diesel at nearly £1.40 where lpg cost 68p litre so lpg all the way ...as i dont use my z every day ..i run a v8 landie with lpg does me fine

  11. hi sounds like your ptu on the drivers side front of cam cover check the connectors mine done the same turned out that the connectors where corroded

  18. that grey plug is where it goes to inhibitor cut it of and join the black and brown together then plug back into the loom that is still in the car should be on drivers side of gearbox

  21. HI took my zed out yesturday started up fine drove from one side of town and back and it died made a pop from the the exhaust s . got a tow back home and checked timing belt thats fine .it wont start turns over i can smell petrol ...ptu anyone:no:

  23. hi so i take it yours is manual but have a auto loom?.....well i just finished mine conversion and had no issuess with the auto loom .to patch in and overcome the inhibitor part .i removed the selector part of the auto box which has a large grey plug if you join the black to the brown and then plug it back into you auto loom plug should be drivers side of gear box this sorts the inhibitor ..then theres the wires for reverse which i believe are black and green..which you may have to lengthen and make it so you can plug it together.. hope this helps
