I count myself lucky, I'd been smoking since I was 13 (up to aged 29) and got up to over 40 a day at one point. One new years eve I went outside for a last smoke before midnight (house party) and decided smoking was not for me any more - I can honestly say I have not had one since and I'm 35 now. The craving never goes away (I could still murder a ciggy nowadays) but I believe that if you REALLY want to give up, then you can do it on willpower alone. My belief is that I managed it because I was doing it for myself, and nobody else really cared whether I smoked or not, so if I had a 'crafty fag' then I was only letting myself down. I know it's harder for some, but it is worth it. I am generally healthy but not especially 'fit' but I went for my first bike ride in years yesterday and did a 20 mile round trip without really struggling (apart from a sore arse - what psycho designs bike saddles!!??!), I could never have done that when I was smoking.

With the '99 spec bits and the smooth nose, those rims look SOOOOO right. Very nice Phil, very nice indeed mate :)

T-Cut?!?!? NNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! :2guns::2guns::2guns: LOL only kidding ;) Did you use metallic t-cut or the standard red bottle stuff? T-Cut has it's place in society but, put it this way, I haven't got any in my kit. However, it really does strip all the protection from your paint so it'll do it no good in the long run. Mate, if you wanna pop round to me this weekend I'll happily give you a hand making her tip-top and take a looksee at the wheels too. As it's a Z I'll treat you to some sealant/wax if you like :D PM me if you're interested dude :ph34r:
