Well, it didn't take long did it? Lol!! I tried a Skyline but couldn't 'bond' with it (awesome car nonetheless), I got an Omega to try to be sensible but that just made me realise I can't own a boring everyday car, - so I got a UK TT Zed instead :D What the hell, I'll get a baby seat in it somehow! I've been away for some time now, but it seems there are still some familiar faces here (Nick in particular - he's like a bad penny isn't he LOL!!) so hopefully I can just blend back in discretely ;)

No worries Mike, I know exactly what you mean, that's why I'm ending it now (for me). No twofaced-ness, no back biting, just make my opinions known and then 'Goodnight From Me'. I'll be watching this thread for a couple of days to say goodbye to the friends I've made, then I'll be gone, with good memories and no hard feelings. IMO You are one of the good guys Mike, and I wish you all the best with your crazy power project :)

Thanks for the comments guys, I haven't got any pics yet, and the auto trader site is down AGAIN (for the original ad pics) but it is a '92 R32 GTS-T in white with GTR skirts and spats, but otherwise completely stock and MINT! I needed to free up some cash so, although I know it's a step back for now, when I'm in the money again, she'll be a beauty ;) :D Did someone say drift slag? :wack:

Right with the 300 gone, and the new Skyline now in place, I guess my membership here is now unnecessary!! I would like to say that I'd stick around for the friendship and banter but, to be quite honest, there is nothing left here to enjoy, and without a Z I don't need this forum for anything (except checking replies to this thread and seeing how long it lasts before deletion). I'll always remember the good times and the great mates that I've made here, but I feel this place is very much like a dictatorship now - which I don't want to be associated with. I thought a committee took CARE of it's members, not took CHARGE of them. In all honesty, the deterioration of this club was a major deciding factor in selling the Z. Shame, it could have been so good. Peace out brothers and sisters, happy zedding.

If you want any decent detailing supplies I would personally recommend you visit http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk and would suggest looking at the 'Poorboys' product range. That's what I use and it's very easy to use and gives superb results by hand. HTH :)

Mine's a daily driver, and I ain't got a garage anyway!! It just means I'll clean it more often. Before anyone says, yes that IS possible :D:D:D

Very nice Gaz, what products did he use to remove the swirl marks? Did he use a polisher or did he do it by hand? Sorry to be nosey, but I've started to do a bit of this paint correction stuff in my spare time, so I am really intrigued :)

Sports cat will still dramatically reduce back pressure, and have almost the same effect as decat so if you don't want to decat - don't sports cat either. I have high flow cats and I was told they offer about a 30% higher flow rate over standard cats, whereas a decat offers about 50% better flow. Mind you, I've got no turbos to worry about, just the law :D

I should be going back to my beloved Las Vegas next October for the SEMA show, and I'll DEFINITELY be paying a visit to The Skywalk, without question - I can't wait!! I should be going with Chunk (amongst others) so that'll be a great bit of physio for him, as he should be walking by then (fingers crossed). Grand Canyon on March 11th this year - my Mrs took me to Vegas as a complete surprise for my birthday, and I had a champagne picnic on the floor of the Canyon on my birthday. Limo's and helicopters all the way for me - VEGAS BABY YEAH!!!!
