  1. Yep i have these as well... any ones related to oil pressure and temp will need to be electrical as they are much better then mechanical and much much easier to fit, although with boost it doesn't mater as i have used both types and both are easy to fit.. hope this helps :)
  2. although no chance of £8000
  3. BHP is obviously over the top... but get rid of the spoiler and its a nice car, smoothed back end, nice kit, low miles, manual and i quite like the gauges on the passenger side dash
  4. just out of interest what are the loudest valves you can get?? i have blitz on my old Z and they where quite good....
  5. Could do with a reliable garage in scotland! Problem is i don't trust anyone to touch my car!
  6. I hay be interested in this fella... ill get back to you..
  7. not a bad price... have you checked offset and PDC are ok for the Z? and what tyres are they?
  8. i dont think its all that bad.. the car is solid everywhere else so i think it will be a simple fix... ill have a look over the weekend
  9. nope... i don't like that. and i don't believe for one sec that's been down a wind tunnel to work out its aerodynamics... its just stuck on stuff :smash: and i know.. i know its max power :smash: but this NSX is 100% better IMO
  10. it works both ways though.... i sold mine for £7000 last oct but mine was a total minter with £1000s spent (not saying other peoples aren't but id spent 5 years getting her to how she was) but when i came to get another there was a lot of choice... i got mine (see sig) for amazing money... granted ill probably spend a few grand to get her mint and how i want her (auto out for starters) but its still the best looking car i have seen on the road IMO and all for the money of a good mondeo... and people never have any idea what it is! i just need to resist the temptation to sell and get my mates AC cobra
  11. what sort of money am i looking at? ill probably take it to a specialist and get the whole underside sorted as i want her to be in A1 condition
  12. bloody mental!
  13. looks nice.... what other mods where there that people havent seen before Graham S?
  14. mint engine fella! will be a looker once the bodywork is sorted!
  15. ok cheers fella.... i fooking hate rust!
  16. well after having my new Z in the air and having a good prod about there is some bad rust on the rear passenger sill... so whats my best course of action? am i best to just wire brush it out and waxoil under seal it? or will it still spread?
  17. would be handy... but you still need to get under the car to take the oil sump plug out... so kinda pointless really
  18. hope you don't live to regret it fella... sold mine and was chuffed for a month.. then bloody gutted! not got a strosek one now but already having loads of problems!
  19. there is no chance its someone hear as they know they would get a ripping :slap: Who would by a car advertised like this....(ahhh... well i did just but one off e-bay described as a veilside 300zx.... when it was a strosek.. but still :nelson: )
  20. Had an alfa 156 2.5 V6 and it never missed a beat, worse car for me was my rover 75 (built by BMW) steering rack was knocking, had to change the clutch lines, MAF's need changed every 24k! shity bloody car! Although my choice is TVR as im always having to fix my housemates.... :nono: although parts a quite cheap, they truly are just thrown together
  21. He doesn't have the best luck with cars though it has to be said! ;)
  22. Ummm now that does sound good, my house mate has a chimera and that sound bloody amazing........ lets see some Z's that can produce that soundtrack! although my standard V6 with my HKS exhaust sounds pretty sweet
  23. doing lots of driving around town with a heavy single turbo will also cost you more in fuel as you're engine will be working harder to spool it up, but will never get it up to speed. you're best bet would be to get you're current tubs refurbed (or do it yourself) or some T25's with 28 internals will be as big as you want to go.
  24. either way id like to see one in the flesh!
