So true, I swear I've applied to 100+ jobs and only received about 10 replies, and some of them were to tell me I was unsuccessful lol! But seriously, this job hunting is getting increasingly more difficult. What angers me is that there are people out there who are trying so hard to find a job, who are not even on job seekers allowance or receiving any benefits. On the other hand, there are lazy prats who do **** all then pollute our streets and at the same time, receive a donkey load of benefits. Maybe Jezza should be PM after all.

You would be suprised how much factual pieces of information you will find in the bible. An example would be when people thought the earth was flat, contrary to bible belief which suggest the earth was 'spherical in shape'.

True lol. But according to the Bible, God has everything planned out and he never fails to meet his schedule. We're supposedly living within the last days.

This all powerful God that now you're telling us created time, hasn't he got more to do with his time than worry about whether some insignificant entities (i.e. us) are coveting our neighbours oxen or pointing in the right direction for prayers. Also is this time inventing God a Christian,Muslim,Jewish or any of the umpteen religions God. God's time is infinite, so I'm sure he has some to spare. I mean, if one day is 1000 years, he can pretty much chillax for a while lol.

Terribly sorry to hear mate. What I often wonder in these situations is that, people are quick to blame God when something bad happens. What strikes me however, is that if people believe in God, then naturally they should also believe in the Devil. Now my question is, why do people never blame him/her/it (whatever you think the Devil is) when bad things happen? I mean, if God is suppose to be all loving and all caring, then surely he wouldn't want to put us through so much pain by taking a loved one away? Just a thought, don't want to offend anyone.

I'll put religion in perspective for you all like someone did once for me. Love and God have much in common. You see, we often use the word love to explain our feelings for another person. The similarities between love and God are that, like God, you can not see, hear or taste love, yet we still know love exists. Many don't know love exists until they feel it in their chests or hearts (whatever lol), so maybe...just maybe, those of you who do not believe in God, just havn't felt him :P. This does sound a bit far-fetched, but it does help explain God and religion to some degree. Your thoughts please!
