SWB TT vs LWB TT 0-62 times....
With me driving and a solid 1995 chassis and powertrain I can't see it being slower than a lwb :)

Think something HICAS(ish) might have snapped
The outer bushes wear due to them moving with the standard hicas my spl kit replaces the rear track rod arms which also wear and lock out the outer bushes so that they do not move therefore wear is severly reduced that's why spl never designed to replace them.

Ok so after some thought....
Is this something for you to drive? I thought you was getting small sporty cars
-
aftermarket exhaust
ah yes of course i was thinking of SWB we dont have as many pipes as the LWB
-
aftermarket exhaust
Im pretty sure on the zed the cats are part of the centre centre so therefore you could only fit back boxes as apposed to cat back. No reason to keep the cats get a centre section and back boxes

Hicas light
ah yes it is on aftermarket steering wheel and boss. it does seem to do it after 20 miles or so but that could easily be the cause then ill look into it Cheers Marty
-
Hicas light
ah its on after market exhaust as well so could be causing a problem

Hicas light
For the technical minded folk out there remind me the reasons that the hicas light comes on while driving? Checked oil level and is fine. Plus this is on a 95+ zed with electric rear hicas

Recommendations for things to be done after removing front bumper & wings
the wheels are Speedlines i believe and they will potentially be for sale on the forum in the future The coolant overflow tank that sits down behind your left intercooler is not needed all it does is catch the coolant overflowing from the radiator if pressures rises and there is too much fluid. That coolant can happily go on the floor and allow more air to pass through the left hand IC :)

delete delete delete all you can AIVs, Carbon canister, Fuel one on left side forget the name, coolant overflow can be done too if you wish. Less weight less boost hoses to leak and less mess under the hood in total :) Check out Robo`s site for how to http://s95014253.onlinehome.us/63104/13202.html

One of the best zeds in the country!
I think colouring can look good but you do need a secondary colour not just tango the whole car in orange

does anyone know this car
Ive seen some good looking UK specs some on this forum howeevr when you look closer you see the rust and rot i would never buy a UK spec for that reason quite easy to hide stuff with a layer of paint over it.

Wow! what a weekend
Had a great day out today at Santa Pod and decided to take the slickie which the clutch is slipping on so im on limited mileage at the moment but what a refreshing change it is to park that up safe and then jump into my 95 shorty TT jeez that thing is quick. Its days like this it makes me wanna keep the both of them what a nice drive back to Bedford area the car just sounded so sweet on acceleration the new owner will be very happy indeed :) plus im sure she is running more than 280BHP as is much faster than my old LWB TT

Windscreen wiper fault, can you help.
sounds like a short circuit which would be a case of some electrical wizardry to find. I think the wiper relay box is next to the small fuse box in the engine bay its a grey box either that or the motor id say. case of trying the different bits to see what fixes it.
