  1. Of course I thought about it but nah I'm gonna stick with the pearl yellow I get plenty of attention and aint it great to be different :)
  2. Matt black on a zed a simple yes or no just to see where we are at with the view
  3. a nice drive will get rid of it its just the hydraulic lifters at the rear
  4. not quite yet need the respray first however i am looking to be faster than the TT`s round the track anyway in my NA with a few enhancements im fitting
  5. That will be great mate cheers. Im spending around 2k on suspension parts only need a couple of more bits from driftworks then track ready
  6. yeah Daffy i was gonna come to you for what settings you are running and did you get the Zeta R`s?
  7. oh on another matter i just paid for my Meister R`s :) I will be ready by JAE
  8. I have managed to find myself another zed :) yellow NA slicktop as well pics to follow :taz:
  9. Is it series one or two aem you got though as there is quite a bit of difference and this would affect what is better to run with
  10. I should be there as long as the zed is back on the road ill be fixed in a couple of weeks but me and coolq are always doing our own local meets so would be nice to get more out
  11. I wouldn't trust just marking up the turbos to balance them it needs to be done on the proper machine as at those high rpm they will get damaged in seconds if they are not balanced right. Even with markings I can't see you getting the right torque setting and them all lining up it would be a miracle if they did I've just re read it and I think you are talking about balancing the whole turbo housing??? It is the chra that needs balancing the center part with all the bearings and seals not the housings that just matters so the pipes line up
  12. Not watched it yet but hopefully its not full of crap like ford focus, corsas and family saloons trying to be sporty
  13. Is the wire actually cut on that as it just looks like the insulation from the pic
  14. that circlip is a PITA the only way i found to do it is with screwdriver to work it out slowly as you go around. Let me know how you get on with taking the spindles off as this is my next step and im pretty sure they are reversed threads :)
  15. it will get easier hows your swimming and running? As long as you have a goal to focus on and good people supporting you it will be easier Good luck :) Marty
  16. Are you gonna strip the actual housings down? Ive got a pair ready to split for 360 bearings when i get the time
  17. Yep just consider now long a jap spec has been in the UK and miles covered but 20 years for a UK spec is pretty inevitable. I've seen some good looking UK specs from the outside however looking more closely shows the truth
  18. I'd say possible viscous problem as well and maf for thensecond fault. Is the car idling at the right rpm? The zed fan does make it sound quite large as it is anyway
  19. That first eBay zed as said is a UK spec so I'd put money on some rust lurking somewhere that you can't see from the outside or may already have filler in the arches. I would never get a UK zed some guys on here may have rare nice ones but if suggest they get on some ramps and do a thorough check
  20. Yes my sig pic :)
  21. what width rims though as i wanna go big :)
  22. GOOD MAN
  23. Ah jaffa my man what offsets you running and any spacers? I'm looking to run the same on the front and 11 on the rear what size tyres you on as well?
