  1. Get the grinder out solves all problems
  2. I think bt customer service is horrendous that's why I cancelled their broadband and went with O2. With BT call after normal working with a problem and it is just a lenthy phone call explaining to someone that struggles to understand British terminology does my head in. Full of apologies and broken promises in my experience despise them
  3. no need to undo the engine mount nuts however take the hardpipes off until the gearbox is bolted up if they are on as the engine will lean back anyway. One piece prop fits fine with diff on as i did mine i used 2 trolley jacks on my gearbox to get it on and then its justa case of getting to it the right height and push it forward
  4. something sharp on either of the pulleys?
  5. if you had deleted your EGR which im sure you have you can get the top 2 bolts from the top makes it alot easier. I got my gearbox on and off with the car just up on normal axle stands there is enough room to get it under
  6. I bought a set for 250 and sold them for 250 wasn't too keen on them I think they were too hard with not enough adjustment much prefer my meister r but then again they are designed did a shorty a lot better damper adjustment though
  7. Ha yes that was me thank you I was off to get some more parts :) finally I yet spotted
  8. yeah i will fit it in the end but if somebody gave me what i paid for it id sell :)
  9. Ive got a Greddy FMIC in a cupboard somewhere :)
  10. All paid hopefully see you all there
  11. I dont think alot of people are using the Japspeed stuff yet ive got DW front upper arms and tension rods fitted now and looking at other ones on the market and seeing threads where collars have broken on upper arms from cheaper models i must say the the DW ones are built very well
  12. Ill take it! I may be able to come along for a day or 2
  13. everything will fit the pipe may not secure back onto the plenum side bracket but that doesnt matter
  14. As above im sure its not just me but i cant access my PMs
  15. Welcome back who did you sell it to looks familiar
  16. cheap tack with no name = Sh1t they look like they have been made very poorly
  17. I take it this is a UK spec by the looks of that rust? SCRAP IT! Better in the long run
  18. Im hopefully gonna come and arrive saturday but not stay the night as it isnt far from me at all. I take it there is no problem arriving on the saturday then and getting a ticket on the gate and getting the zed in.
  19. as above was going the other way to me near Royston area
  20. i moved them to the rear yesterday and no difference. I know before this rebuild it wasnt there and all that has been done since then is the tacho removed and the Bee R fitted
  21. A garage cant tell you how to sort the problem? Id find another garage common with aftermarket turbos the hosing needs to be rotated slightly which is down by releasing the clamping bolts on the impellor side or the turbine side of the turbo then it will move that out of line of the manifold. I had to do it on a set of T28s not long ago.
  22. What are you doing??? handbrake, chocks and it wont rotate even put it in gear
  23. thats what i thought and the amp is only powering the sub so it possibly isnt the problem so it would be useless
