IIRC spacers are used when the alloy wheel is very close or touching the brake calliper,spacer allows a certain amount of space from the hub of the car!i thought o-rings are used for sealing rather than spacing,id take it to a profesional somewhere like south west tyres,or someone who specializes in alloy wheels ;) get it checked properly

yeh they are very delicate i take it you have had the old spoiler removed ;) i didnt fit mine but i thought they just clip in to where the old strip used to be,just hope the tailgate you have now hasnt been filled in there otherwise you cant fit it
