  3. OEM jack on side sill jack up on front subframe axle stands either side for safety job done or drive on x2 planks of wood angled up on bricks does the trick

  9. i didnt break down but yes we got lost :rolleyes: yes chrises rad went bang yes it was a nightmare yes we had a good time :D beers bars brussels birds and cars,and flatout on autobahns wasnt that bad TBH :cool:

  11. ok what can i say for 1 chris forgot his passport shit happens we got there,chris radiator blows up everyone else carrys on not knowing what happened :slap: in a country we dont know,every french person is fookin ignorant :rolleyes: from belgium south people are nice and friendly,secondly people like danny[meanmachine]what a gent drove 400kms to get chris a radiator thats what a great club this id TBH :) we enjoyed the holiday there will be some of are own photos up soon ;) maybe me whooping a bently :nana2:
  12. belgium beer was fantastique 12% :tongue: agree with david highs and lows! was good fun on the whole lots of looks from the locals never seen a 300zx before :p especially with the mad ones we took chris greddys car got lots of attention rightly so,and from brussels and south the people are very nice and friendly and bars in brussels are great lots of great driving to! hopefully videos photos will be up soon :) it was 35 degrees on friday saturday to! drunk more water and beer than anything else :nana2:

    no its fine to re use headbolts unless there damaged in anyway its fine just replace bolts in order and torque settings :cool:

  16. its time consuming and at a cost of approx £1200 inc manual box[2nd hand]
  17. you can sort it remove P.S pump at back of pump remove 4 bolts remove cover and there is a gasket replace gasket if you want you can smear a small sealent for a perfect seal.Whilst your at it you may aswell replace copper washer and o-ring to pump remove flexi hose on side of pump replace both copper washers either side of banjo bolt job done refit. could ask ryan@z tech if he can source you a new gasket replacement parts rear PS pump gasket x2copper washers HTH greg

  22. a good smear of copper grease on the shim where the piston marks are left is fine also soak calliper pistons in wd-40 or similar and move in and out to free them up very common to seize or stick
  23. azalia red :) bit biased though LOL dont go darkside your be washing car every 5 mins even dust shows up
  24. did you do a water bypass when engine went in,sure all the hoses at back of plenum are connected,sometimes its hard to notice aleak til engine under load,and if the water is hot when leaking you can see limescale marks where it has leaked.
