so just basicly replace the intercooler pipes in the engin bay with my hard pipes and bov, then connect the vacuum pipes from the old stock bov to the new ones, obv disconnect the old bov. is this correct an im ready to go?

if you ignore the first picture but click on the link in the second post you will see the 2 bov with hard pipes and the way they are connected, i just wanted to know if this is the right way to do it, as i believe the intercooler pipes are there on mine so just wondered what happens with them??

hopefully the picture works as took it from a for sale thread.... anyway i have exact same ones at home, just wondered how they fit as there is no room to put them in etc, obv if other people have them im doing something wrong, i had taken out the oil cooler and the fan so i had all the room for messing about in there but where the actual pipes attache it seems impossible.. cool , thats a relief i was expecting someone to say about a tank there and a tank back lol. yes the heavy right foot thing is understandable, its hard to drive one of these cars slow. Cheers Matey

which fuse controls the door shutting light, ie all doors are closed but the light on the dash is faintly on ? the boots shut and bonnet, everything shut properly ?? as i think this is causing the alarm to keep going off when i set it... thnx

also my car alarm keeps goping off, could this be linked?? there must be a fuse ive missed?? any ideas please :D

basicly ive had big problems with wiring up my stereo, most of the origional wires had been cut etc and replaced with otherones, i found that the switched live wire was the one from the cigarette lighter.... i had the radio working but then went to wire up my under seat neons the the same live and must have blown something. The fuses have been checked and are fine, but the cigarette lighter or my stereo doesnt work, possibly something stopping the switchable live, being live! any ideas what else it could be ???

the first green button comes on saying cuise control, but when i get to say 60 and take my foot off the accelerator i press "set" but nohing happens

Having overdrive turned off, does this safe fuel?? what exactly does it mean, also how do i activate my cruise control as i get to the relivant speed say .. 60 then press cruise control - to ON, then press the SET button on the stearing wheel but nothing happens??

will try it later, as the earth from my stereo has already been connected to the bolt on the chassis, but still getting nothin, i can hear it power up but nothing physically, ill try the fuse business

yeh, but mine the whole cd player doesnt work?? but you can here it power up, are there any other connectors i should be using ??

i would be just happy with a cd player at the min lol

the engine sounds lovley but you can only listen to that for so long lol :D

have tried and tested at least 3 working cd players in my car but for some reason they will not even turn on. i have bought the connecter for the Z and hooked it all up, then plugged it into the stereo but nothin, the cd player section makes a noise to show there is power going to it, but nothing else, blank screen (not actual screen as just normal cd player) have tried resetting the players but still nothing, what am i missing as i know these cd players 100% work? any ideas ? cheers Jonny
