Do you think that TG will buy a Z32 as a banger to smash up?
I'd hate to see a zed trashed on TG. What I would like to see is Wheeler Dealers doing one up in the next series!

After a cheap Mongoose catback
Well the scorpion is s/h and a couple of hundred cheaper! But my problem is that my current set up is far too noisy and in yer face for me. I don't know what make it is but here's a pic (sorry about quality!); Looking for something that's good quality/performance and is quieter!

missus loves the v6 vectra she had for her birthday
I don't know why people slate the vectra so much! I blame clarkson. I've had a 2.5 V6 GSi for 4 years now and I love it. Approx 200bhp (give or take a bit!) comfy (mines got the full Recaro interior), good styling and handles well (with poly bushes and uprated suspension). They are also pretty reliable, I've not had any major issue with mine at all. Here's some pics; As for being faster than a zed? er... NO! lol. Don't know if its against club rules or not but try vvoc.com for all your veccy woe's, they are a good bunch that will help you out.

another ebay zed lol
That's what I was thinking! Sounds like a blind guess to me :D

Accurate zed dial shocker!!!!!!!
Yes mate, I drove to my sisters and back 82 miles in total. The trip counter said i'd done 130 odd, which works out at 82 miles.

Off center steering wheel!
Cheers mate, I'll get it done tomorrow.

Off center steering wheel!
It's just had a steering rack end and front shocks replaced to get through an MOT. Would a bent tracking arm show up on an mot?
-
Off center steering wheel!
My steering wheel is off centre when driving straight. The car doesn't pull to the left or right, so is it just a case of taking the steering wheel off and recentering it?

Accurate zed dial shocker!!!!!!!
I was unsure if my speedo had been properly converted to mph as the mileage is counting up in K's. So I used my tom tom to measure the speed, and to my complete surprise the speedo was reading exactly the same as my sat nav . In total I drove around 80miles and the speedo was correct all the way. I've never had a car that's had such an accurate speedo! From my experience they're normally around 5% - 10% out. From all the talk of inaccurate oem dials on the site I thought I'd post up some good news. lol..

Do autos use more fuel?
That's what I thought, but this bloke was saying that a lot of people converted their cars to manual just because of the fuel saving! He did say that modern auto boxes are far better on fuel use.

TOP GEAR: Vietnamese Special
According to my sky planner it's on tomorrow at 7.45 on BBC2.

Do autos use more fuel?
Was watching re-runs of The Garage on sky and the narrator said that 90's automatic gearboxes were really bad on fuel compared to the manual version. He was talking about a golf but I was wondering if the zed suffers from this as well?

Check your tyre pressures......!!
What do people recommend for regular driving? I was thinking 34 - 36 psi.
