  1. Depends what colour smoke. Black/oily smoke is a sign that the turbo seals could have gone. If so then it's normally an engine out job. Unless it's going for stupid money it would be best to walk away.
  2. Yep, couldn't agree more mate.
  3. Thats what I was thinking. Amazing what you think of while having a poo ;)
  4. Daft I know but were/are there any uk spec R33's or were they all imported? Just wondering really.
  5. get back on the beer and kebabs! better than the lips, balls and arse'ols in dog treats lol
  6. Was gonna say, that looks higher than mine on stock springs!
  7. Thought you were on a diet!
  8. ah right - sorry read it wrong. Ya fat fooker :D lol
  9. couldn't resist it..:rofl::rofl:
  10. It's not a small crack in the elbow of the rad pipe is it? Wouldn't cause the turbo problems though..
  11. mate, if you're 5'9" and 11.5 stone you aint fat.
  12. Good point! Just remembered that I'm 5' 9" and 13st. All muscle and d!ck tho' :D
  13. You may be turning the corner mate! keep it up.
  14. Si gets my vote this month, lovely clean modded original
  15. Yes they can cause smoke, but that's because they're blocked. Would think it's much easier and cheaper to just replace them.
  16. lol.. Seriously though mate, give firefox another go. It doesn't suffer from the insecurity issues the ie has and is a much better browser. The only problem I've noticed with it is that when you first open it up it can take ages to load. Once loaded though, its much faster than IE8. Plus you can download widgets that can for example; remove all the advertising on a web page, which is very nice.
  17. IE8 is for children, Firefox is for Men ;)
  18. The zed can very easily catch you out mate especially if your not use to the hicas. A good few members on here, including myself have written zeds of in the wet or cold. I was only doing fifty and had just gone in to positive boost when my first zed spun out on black ice, not a problem this time of year but they can be just as twitchy in the wet.
  19. Welcome matey :) If your new zed has an aftermarket cone filter, aftermarket exhaust, chipped ecu and boost jets or EBC, then chances are it is kicking out around the 370 mark.
  20. Hi mate, probably not me that you've seen around. My zed's been off the road for 6 months getting a massive rebuild. I haven't been to any of the meets yet due to the zed being off the road, but once I do I'll be going. I see you've found the EA section, that contains all the meet info. cheers dave
  21. Welcome matey :)
  22. Don't know where you can download a copy, but there's loads on ebay on cd for a couple of quid.
  23. I've decided to get my leathers repaired professionally. Cant upset Si ;) lol
