  1. Glad to hear you're doing better now bud :punk:
  2. Zed everytime
  3. I would PM again and tell him that if he doesn't respond you will report it as fraud to the police. You've given him enough chances mate.
  4. They were saving money and buying the suspension parts from ebay....
  5. I'll soon be refurbing my spare TT engine ready to go in my zed. The engine was out of my breaker and was in very good conidtion, with a recent water pump, New big end bearings, thermostat, plugs oil filter. The compression is also very good. Engine has done less than 60k and ran very well in my jdm. As it's sitting on a stand i thought I would do the following on it;(not in any real order) Remove tubs Refurb Tubs, was thinking of asking Jimmer to balance them for me. Refit Turbos new cambelt New drive belts New tub seals Check manifolds for cracks clean plenum Clean hard water pipes clean throttle bodies delete EGR Delete Plenum water pipes Replace PCV valves Clean Engine Fill with oil drain old coolant The engine has been on the stand for over a year, so with that in mind, is there anything else I should check/change? Cheers as always. Dave
  6. Thanks for that Jeff. I'm not sure on the age of these, so to be safe I'll make up a couple of plates.
  7. Welcome matey :)
  8. far too much mate, you'll be getting addicted to caffeine at that rate.
  9. My current tailgate with wiper needs some rust fixing (usual place) has had the old spoiler removed, so needs the holes welded. Also needs to be filled, smoothed and resprayed. The one I'm thinking of has been smoothed with no wiper but had an R34 spoiler attached, so if the holes don't match the 99 spec (which they probably don't) I will need to get them welded etc. Sounds like an easy choice but, I don't know which way to go :confused1:
  10. A Bloke has just had his bag searched and it's got his gimp suit in it!!
  11. I'll be ditching my oil cooler when I replace my rear sub and diff.
  12. No worries, the tailgate i'm thinking about has been done properly :gunsmilie:
  13. :scared: that does look bad.
  14. Thats what i'm thinking..lol Want to keep the original look. I'll be putting a 99 spec spoiler on as well. Pro's for ditching seem to be; Looks better, UK spec so no wiper=no wiring req (except the demist), won't get crap building up around the base of the wiper. Con's; Not able to clear the screen and redundant switch on pod.
  15. I'm thinking about replacing my tailgate with one that has had the wiper removed. I was wondering what people thought about the rear wiper. Do you really need it? etc... What do you think?
  16. Cheers Jeff.. They're not the ones that tear the cross member are they?
  17. Got the tension rods of my old jdm out today as I was going to replace the oem bushes with whiteline ones. Had a quick look at the rods and it appears that they've already be done  They look like E.S ones to me, can someone confirm this? Cheers Dave
  18. It always makes me think NZR means the thread is about a motorbike...lol :scooter:
