I appreicaite that you were just asking how much it was worth, however this is often seen as a back door to advertising cars for sale. Your best bet for a valuation is checking out the prices of similar age and condition cars on Pistonheads or Autotrader.

Maybe water ingress in the drivers footwell from the targa drain plug? Water drips onto the fuses and relays and can cause all sorts of weird electrical problems.
