  1. Yeah, get a wrench on the crank and turn it over. You'll probably need to get a man to help you though.....:sailor:
  2. I haven't used it yet.lol iirc you remove the coilpacks and plugs and connect up the tester and turn the car over. You need to do each cylinder obviously.
  3. You could have borrowed mine mate but Vodkashots has got it.
  4. they're both gay

  11. I think it might depend on whether you pay the full amount at start up or pay monthly via DD?
  12. no, but it may be part of the PS tightening up problem, plus if the cars been sitting for a while the fluid may have gone a bit nasty. Don't know why the fan kicking in would stop the belt squealing.
  13. oops, lol http://uk.tv.yahoo.com/02022011/19/top-gear-under-fire-ambassador.html
  14. Have you tried bleeding the PS?
  15. Baz - Tells it like it is!:lol::lol:
  16. When I first insured my JDM I asked why there was such a difference in price between a JDM and UK spec. I was told its all down to replacing the parts, I said that the car had been in the UK for 8 years and was pretty much UK spec now. He spoke to his boss and the result was a reduced cost of the premium.
  17. I've just been shafted by Swiftsure for cancelling the ins on my now sold GSi. Makes your blood boil :cursing:
  18. I don't that would make him a very attractive tranny and confuse my little mind to much
  19. Yeah, new bolts and a bit of copper grease will sort it. iirc the down pipe studs are m12x1.25. The size of the bolt head doesn't matter mate, it's the width of the shaft and the pitch of the threads that are important. thinking about it, the studs may be m8's. I can't remember now.
  20. Get yourself a set of drill bits and some taps. Drill the old bolts out and re-tap the threads. Snapped bolts is a very common problem when doing work on a twenty year old car. Just replace the bolts with new and put a little bit of copper slip on the threads and all will be well.
  21. lol yeah that'll mop out..
