  1. Just to add to the above, in safety mode the car won't boost above 7psi, where as a healthy stock zed will boost to 9psi.
  2. you missing mikey mate  lol
  3. Lol on the licence plate mate, fair enough. I can think of 1 reason for it to have both front and rear bumpers replaced; low speed pile up. But as you say, the only way to be 100% is to check the car out for your self. It may be that the new owner joins the club and we can find out more about it.
  4. true mate, very important before you do any performance upgrades.
  5. Where did you get the pic of mikey and baz Jeff?
  6. a bit of rot on the very bottom of the wings is quite common, mostly it's just surface rust and can be cleaned and repainted. put some pics up of the work you've done mate and we will judge 'em! lol
  7. Why would a '94 UK zed be a k reg? Why does it have no headlamp washer switch? I thought that s3/s4 had the SRS airbags? As mentioned it has a boost gauge. The car may well be OK but I very much doubt that it is a '94 UK as the advert claims.
  8. there have been many discussions on here about after market oil filters and the oem seems to be the best. It was, after all designed by the engines manufacturer. The HKS is probably a universal one that just happens to fit the zed. I'm not saying its no good but, well you know what I mean.
  9. true mate, it's that sort of thing that keeps the prices so low.
  10. tbh, the oem filter is probably the best option and it's have the price of that one.
  11. The problem is that somebody could have a look at that car and assume that all zeds are like it. It's badly advertised zeds like that that tar the rest of us...
  12. told ya..
  13. It's also missing the headlamp washer switch on the headlight pod.
  14. I bet it's the flames putting people off, pity as it does look to be a nice example.
  15. I very rarely see one at any time mate.
  16. I don't know if it is the same dealer but there is/was one in High Wycombe that would buy shed's, lie to you about the history, parked the cars in very tight drive ways so you couldn't look round them easily and wouldn't let you have a drive. So best avoided really. But as I said I don't know if it is the same dealer or not mate.
  17. If that's the dealer I think it is I wouldn't touch it either. Agree about KM instead of miles and folding mirrors!
  18. :happybday: matey :)
  19. oh wait a minute, that's mine....
  20. It's still fecking burning and I scratched my eye and that hurts now too.:nuke: Not that I'm one to moan...
  21. Have you had any issues with it mate? I'm assuming since it's off an AMG it will be up to the job.
  22. I actually quite like that body kit, not to in your face but the flames would have to go. Looks to be a nice example for a good price :thumbup1:
