  2. I do love alton towers, thinking about it i've been going there for nearly 30 years
  3. no mate, it was back in the '80's it was a "mountain slide" lol You sat in a wheeled sled with a bloody great handle at the front which was your brake. It was a bit crap. lol
  4. Have to agree with Mikey here, reminded me of the ride at Alton Towers that used to be near the pirate ship.
  5. Sounds like a plan, i'll give it a go tomorrow. cheers :sailor:
  6. Sounds like it's over heating you could try taking the back off and seeing if it's got loads of dust in there.
  7. I'm really struggling to re-fit the exterior pass side door handle. I can get it in place and the control rods are clipped in but each time I get it into postion to put the nuts on the back the bloody handle sticks out  I had the same problem on the drivers side but with a bit of fiddling it went in ok and works as it should. But the pass one is refusing to play ball. I can't work out why as the control rod for the latch looks as though it's in correctly. Has anyone else had this and knows what I'm doing wrong? I've been at it for over an hour and half with no joy. I'd have pulled my hair out by now, if I hadn't already done it years ago. lol
  8. Yeah, it's proving to be a bit of a head scratcher, still think the rad may be blocked. At least we got it working a bit better and confirmed it's not a warped head :sailor:
  9. Good to see you back bud.
  10. We could have a monthly comp. Most dramatic pic of a zed part. lol
  11. Mate, I'm so sorry to read this bud. RIP Dill's Mum.
  12. I would do mate but I've run out of vagisil boxes to send it in
  13. Yeah, the front bumper will fit no problems mate. iirc the swb is about 6inch shorter hence the reason the rears aren't the same, same goes for the tailgate.
  14. I'll give it a go mate. Don't know if I want my little girl chewing on dog nads
  15. My cat would probably just turn her nose up and walk away, she's a right fussy bugger even down to where she wants her bowl placed..
  16. Rich Russian's seem to like jewel encrusted shite, maybe one of them did?
  17. Sure do, cheers mate.
  18. Sorry to hear this mate, I had to have one of my cats put to sleep in january this year, due to an incurable illness. It's a a very hard thing to do but she's not suffering anymore mate.
  19. Here's a couple of "before" pics to show the change :)
  20. Well after a few attempts. I've finally managed to upload some pics. lol The photo's don't do it justice though as it looks much better in the flesh Some bits done today; Still got a lot to do yet but I'm really happy with the finish. Wanted to put 99 spec rear lights on but I've run out of money.lol. Once the front lights and bumper are back on she's going to look mint.
  21. Does look like he's bidding it up, wouldn't give him the stink of one of my turds for that!
  22. Don't forget the crank pulley. lol As mentioned it's a long job but straight forward. Just make sure that you don't move any of the cam sprockets or the crank. If you do you'll have to re do the timing as well, otherwise the belt can go back on as is.
  23. Well got her back today and she is stunning :tongue_smilie:. And the body shop have told me that when I put her on the road next summer I've to bring it back and the will machine polish it again for free :thumbup1: Just got to put all the trim, lights front bumper etc.etc.. on now. I've taken loads of pics but as you've all been mean to me I'm not going to put them up yet, so there  I'll put some up when I can be bothered to join one of the free photo hosting sites.
