  1. Welcome matey :)
  2. Fantastic effort, we need more people like him who are prepared to push barriers.
  3. I disagree, was talking to voddy about it the other day. Made no sense to me and left me confused, frightened and angry....lol the bird in it is cute though :)
  4. You can't tell the differnece mate. I bought Battle LA on blue ray and it was no better than the sky HD. Save yourself a tenner bud.
  5. Both the same mate, just get it from the sky store :) PS make sure you get the HD version from sky, for some stupid reason most of the on demand stuff is in SD. Since you can only get on demand via an HD box, I can't understand the reasoning behind it. Why the fook would an HD customer want stuff in SD?? Bloody sky.... End Rant.
  6. Try the EA they drain lakes and remove fish all the time mate.
  7. 99 spec for me, everytime :)
  8. So they are just going to fill a pond in with fish still in it? I'd report them to the RSPCA, that's just wrong :censored:
  9. I used to live in Norfolk and can tell you that they are a very canny bunch of people and not the thick farmer type that people think. That's not to say that they still don't have their share of idiots though.lol There's a lot of rich folk in Norfolk too.
  10. Happy Birthday mate :pint:
  11. Happy Birthday mate :pint:
  12. Happy Birthday mate, hope your keeping well :pint:
  13. Here's a pic showing a 2oz dumpy pear with the same camo brown powder used on both. As you can see, there's a massive difference in the gloss.
  14. Your probably right mate, it just seems wrong to me when I have camouflaged my rig and pinned it down to the lake bed then to have a disco glitter ball as a lead. lol I do a lot of shallow water snag fishing so I'm always looking for a perceived edge in hiding my rigs. I've been using Teflon coated hooks for years due to the shine that comes off standard hooks. I really think it's made a difference to my fishing. Anyway, the wire wool tip (cheers Bri) works a treat and removes all the shine leaving the lead with a lovely matt finish.
  15. I think you can get a gasket for the water pump, try MJP in our traders section. I used blue liquid gasket when I did mine and haven't had a problem. Did you run a decent sized bead all the way around the pump, including the bolt holes?
  16. Cheers for that I'll give both a go. :thumbup1:
  17. I'm making some carp fishing leads for next year but the powder coating I'm using, which is supposedly designed for them, is really shiny when finished. I need to make them duller or the carp will see them from miles off.. I know (now!) that you can get matt finish powder but I was wondering if there was anything I could do to dull the ones I've made?
  18. http://uk.eurosport.yahoo.com/news/wood-loses-testicle-grand-final-125018484.html Makes footballers look like the fairies that they are
  19. Yeah, it's really annoying. I don't know why they didn't make widescreen HD the same as the cinema resolution when it first came out.....
  20. Thought you were going to be talking about Swedish twins....:( I've never watched B O B but did watch the other one, I struggled with it tbh...
  21. only when I'm angry.....
