Sprayed my new 18s silver the other week but they dont show the deep dish so well. I hear you can buy chrome effect paint in a can. Any one used this and know where i can get this. Your help most appreciated.

Stellaz just have carbs in the morning and then cut them out after 11.00am. I do that when im cutting up, then i have a 2 weeks with no carbs. After i slowly add the carbs back into my diet, but not loads.

No not split rims. my first attempt, they took me 8 hours to do the four. The before and after is quite amazing, i used liquid steel to sort the kerbing out and then primer-ed, sprayed silver, couple of coats of lacquer. Still not finished though as im changing the colour of them soon and im going to use a higher quality paint which the pros use. I used 350z silver this time. Im pleased with the results but i want them perfect.
