det sensor help
got code 34 tried cleaning connector disconnected bat tried again, still code 34 connector and wires to it not very good im not electrically minded and dont have the equipment to test wires. is there any one local to leeds area that could have a look at it for me would be willing to travell 50miles or so if necesary and would be willing to pay for your time due to work can only make weekends anyone ???? :bow: :bow: :bow:

my m8 put 6*9s in his doors little cutting away to do no big problem if youve got a dremmel or something like that do a template first

Working on a "Z"
too right m8 probably why there built by japs (little small fellas) my water pump went recently (what a bloody nightmare) the whole front end had to be stripped

cheers lads dont want to bypass for obvious reasons will try disconecting battery and try again if still there i will try cleaning connector plug as stevo mentioned if someone will tell me where the bloody hell it is

ok here goes done a diagnostic check (easy way with piece of wire ) got code 34 (detonation sensor ) read through some threads about this (no wiser ) basically could be anything from electrical contacts to plugs,maybe just sensor fault. can anyone help me prefrably with quick idiot proof ideas ??? :confused:

since i fitted my apexi it seems to be a bit less nippy,doesnt seem to accelerate as fast. am i expecting too much or maybe getting used to the power so much that it seems slower. or is it something more technical like having to remap the ecu :confused:
