depends if your replacing it with a light weight pulley ?? you can tap it from the back with a hammer, but run the risk of chipping the edge if your not keeping it, then it does,nt matter if you damage it

no m8 it jumps about 200rpm when i take pressure off accelerator, and when i put it back on it drops about 200rpm is that what you meen by locking ?

is this getting to be a joke now or are they just anti hamilton they give hamilton stop/go for forcing ferrari off track in first corner ?? doesnt this happen in just about every race on the first corner? they only give massa the same penalty for running off the road and smashing into hamilton,(ending his race) nothing is said about massa running over the pit lane line to over take and then they give massa an extra point for cutting someone up who was coming out of pit lanne ??? could they make it any more obvious , they dont want hamilton to win the championship why dont they just give it to them, and save us all having to watch it all afternoon thats my little rant over anyway

how do you check it ? i presume thats the black box on the side of the throttle bodies (front of plenum intake)

i agree i got 3 points for doing 55 on the a1 in nottingham at 3am, and i was the only one on the bloody road what a piss take if every one is maxed at 70 mph, you will end up with total grid lock if somone is doing 70mph in the inside lane, then no one will be able to get passed, and the two outside lanes will be empty ?? you will end up with the HGV syndrome ever been stuck behind a truck over taking another one, and it takes him about 3 miles to do it ?? thats because there all limited to 56 mph its just another stealth TAX

changing revs 100-200rpm when i take pressure off accelerator, the revs jump up about 200rpm, and the go back down when i put pressure back on a bit of a pain on the motorway , when your cruisin and just feathering the throttle just had box off to fit new engine so could it be a sensor, ive not connected properly, or bad connection somewere or possibly, faulty torque converter, as i did not put mine onto the new engine, as one was already fitted when i got it, so rather than damage something, swapping them over, i left it on ?? hope its something simple, dont fancy dropping that box again:headvswal

get yourself some ear plugs m8 ive got really bad tinnitus mainly from playing drums in a rock band for about 10 years my ears are cream crackered now and its irreversible av you noticed after a practise session or a gig, your ears are ringing well thats the start of the damage m8:wack:
