  6. I had this prpblem the other day, I had to uninstall it and delete all associated files and folders. I the installed version 10 from Microsoft site after quite a while of fooking around uninstalling, deleting etc I finally got it sorted. And guess what, I downloaded version 10 but the actual version was 11

  10. Recently we've had no less than 4 of those MASSIVE speed detectors put up that actually show you haw fast you are (supposedly) going in numbers around a foot high and a foot wide and I tell you this, they are proper bullshit. Last night I approched one at exactly 30mph. The fooking sign flashed up 49mph for around a second, so I sped up, the sign flashed up at 59mph. I'm thinking yeah they're accurate. Slowed down to to around 35mph and the sign flashed up 27mph just as I passed it. So if it takes those signs ages to calculate speed what are the hand helds gonna be like.
  11. It can be changed by messing with the dim (or whatever it's called) relay, I looked into it a while ago but never got round to changing it. I think some of the guys with HIDs have done this to preserve the life of the HID bulb. However, having said that the car should not fail for that otherwise we would all have to mod the way our lights worked.
  12.     Nice one
  13. Poo, can sympathise (spelling) with ya mate, I need to spend SHIT loads on mine to get it how I want it, things go wrong, spend spend spend, when will it stop
  14. Dont connect the positive AND the negative (1 and 2 on the switch) to the battery. Connect 1 to battery positive and 2 to the HID bulb/ballast positive. connect negative direct to other side (nagative) of HID bulb/ballast As in that diagram really :nelson: And yes, an in-line fuse is a good idea
  15. WTF, it's all :hurl: :hurl: :hurl: Yor not buying that are you

  22. LOL, what was the time so I have some comparison
  23. CheerZ So does it wait until it senses movement or do I have to go as soon as I have pressed start ?
  24. How does it work ? I have a Jspec TT with kph/mph convertor, do I have the speed on Datascan set to kph or mph. Also when doing the timed run do I start the timer then gun it or does the timer start as soon as it senses you have moved ? CheerZ Paul.
