i have only just let my brother drive my z the other day after i have owned it for the last 6 year! probably because when i took it round to his when i test drive it he proceeded to 180 , after i bought it he said "shit im sorry i didnt think you were actually gonna buy it!!........ luckly this time round he was very gentle with my pride and joy.:)

perhaps im quite anal when it comes to it being right then, the way i see it its undue stress being applied in the wrong direction on the pump bearings and can cause premature where on the belts, pump and pulley. they are only aluminium after all compared to the stock steel/cast one. probably nobody has ever reported this problem before of failures due to this but if they didnt see the miss alignment before then they probably wouldnt put 2 and 2 together..
