sounds like the upper link arm. i have read a few post as i have the same problem a temp fix (and i mean temp) is to spray the link with wd40 but the squeek will soon come back. its wear in the arms bushes (so i have read )hope that helps if its something else i would also like the info cheers

oooh poo! cheers fraser i wanna get the central locking working but the cabling looks abit complicated to me. sounds like i have to get out there with the multimeter again and try and find a power feed for the passanger door anybody know the colour code for the wires for the central locking from the drivers door??

howdy in my jap spec z there is an alarm sensor marked up as keyless door lock in the drivers door, to which i havent the key fob. thing is the central locking doesnt work on the key. i can hear the relay click in the drivers door but the is no power going to the passenger door (checked with a multimeter while turning key in drivers door lock) the fuse is ok as the internal light still works.. qusetion is where in the system could be the problem as it seems the passanger door isnt getting power to the lock? is there any inline fuses or other connector i should be searching for (tried to do a search on faq's but no luck on this problem) any help would be very much appreciated :confused:

lol what speedo cable? it is ran by electrical signal by a speed sensor on the gearbox good luck in finding a cable
