  8. sorted it!!! i managed to some how with a bit of brute force and ignorence to get the nut off. it hasn't damaged the stud so i reused the original nissan nuts the pics show the thread of the nut left on the stub, the nut with no thread and the thread of the nut sat next to the nut. ouch!!! thanks again to all for your help and advice. saves me a walk to work in the morning!

  12. they are pressed in studs i wouldnt know where to get them. this shouldnt of happened on a new tension rod with under the specified torque! this has really pissed me off . my only transport and was the last job of the night then it was the test drive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HELP i have just installed the tension rods and upper link arms on my z final tightening of the tension rod bolts to the lower arm spec said 80-94 foot pounds so on the safe side i did it at 80 one bolt tightened the other has just spun!!!!!!! threaded which means i cant tighten or untighten. they were brand new never used powertrix adjustables which i purchased off of yampiedog. what the fook can i do now!!!!
